Introduction
Ohad Milstein: Born in 1973, living and working in Tel Aviv. Has a BFA from the Tel Aviv University Film School, an MFA from the Department of Art & Photography at The Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, Jerusalem. He Participated in Master Classes held by David Perlov & Victor Kossakovsky. His cinematic works show artistic components within the narrative and the constructive-formalistic aspects, presenting the viewer an intellectual challenge as well as an emotional adventure. Milstein teaches Cinematography at the Tel Aviv University’s Film Department, and is an active video-artist, presenting in both national and international art exhibitions. As a young emerging filmmaker and artist, Milstein has been supported by various film foundations. Among them, The America-Israel Foundation, The Contemporary Art Center, and The New Film & Television Foundation. His debut documentary film `Obsession` (2008), Broadcasted at channel 8, Noga Communication, recently premiered at the Docaviv film festival. `Okeanida` is his second documentary film.
